GAVIN LUJANPROJECT CONSTELLATION · NEW MEXICO

THE WORK · 2026

Systems with
a living center.

A working portfolio of public-service modernization, water intelligence, cyber resilience, cloud architecture, AI-assisted development, and experimental digital systems — conceived and built from New Mexico.

VISION / SYSTEM / CONSEQUENCE

Technology becomes useful when architecture, people, place, and purpose are seen as one system. These projects explore that whole.

PROJECT CONSTELLATION

Ideas made operational.

Each project begins with a different mission but shares the same operating philosophy: understand the human workflow, establish the authoritative data, make geography visible, engineer trust, then automate responsibly.

AI-NATIVE PROTOTYPING LAB03.02

GavinLujan AI Studio

A live AI-native experimentation space for rapidly turning ideas into interactive prototypes, agent workflows, generative interfaces, and working demonstrations.

OBJECTIVE
Compress the distance between concept and functioning prototype — using modern AI as a collaborative design, coding, analysis, and exploration environment.
METHOD
Human-directed experimentation, fast iteration, responsible AI use, interactive experience design, and learning by building. Part laboratory, part sketchbook, part proving ground.

CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY03.03

ShadowLoft

A cyber-gothic experimental media environment combining generative imagery, music/video walls, futuristic petroglyph motifs, and interactive digital atmosphere.

OBJECTIVE
Push interface design beyond the enterprise dashboard and use motion, darkness, signal, and Southwestern symbolism as an experiential system.
GENERATIVE MEDIAUI LABMOTION
INDEPENDENT MEDIA LABS03.04

Enchanted Daze + ALB

Parallel New Mexico editorial experiments blending photography, culture, satire, long-form writing, geospatial context, and a late-night “High Desert Signal” voice.

OBJECTIVE
Test modern independent publishing formats grounded in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, northern New Mexico, and the broader Southwest.
EXPERIMENTS
Editorial layouts, dark/light modes, open-data mapping, social-ready storytelling, community commentary concepts, and visual journalism.

THE THROUGH-LINE

One architecture.
Many expressions.

Water administration, cyber governance, knowledge management, cloud platforms, and media may look unrelated. At the systems level they share the same primitives: people, authoritative information, place, trust, workflow, interface, and feedback.

PEOPLEDATAPLACETRUSTAIACTION

“The best systems do more than process information. They help people see the whole.

THE NEXT PROJECT

Bring the mission.
We’ll map the system.

Government modernization, water technology, cybersecurity, GIS, responsible AI, enterprise architecture, or an idea that does not fit neatly into a box.
