TRUST · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY · RESPONSIBLE AI

Engineer trust.

This site treats security, privacy, attribution, cultural stewardship and responsible AI as architecture, not decoration.

Intellectual property

© 2026 Gavin Lujan. Original essays, research frameworks, diagrams, project concepts, site design elements and authored materials are asserted as protected works except where third-party rights, licenses or attribution apply. Reference to a third party does not imply ownership or endorsement.

Privacy

This public site is designed to minimize collection of personal information. If contact, analytics or other telemetry services are enabled, their purpose should be limited to operating, securing and improving the site. Sensitive information should not be submitted through public interfaces unless an appropriate protected channel is explicitly provided.

Responsible AI

AI may assist research, drafting, prototyping, coding and analysis. Material claims should remain subject to human judgment, source verification and correction. AI output is not represented as professional legal, medical or financial advice. Provenance and uncertainty should be made visible when they matter.

Cultural knowledge

Public availability is not equivalent to cultural permission. Community-controlled, ceremonial, sacred or restricted Indigenous knowledge should remain outside ordinary AI training, retrieval, summarization and redistribution unless explicit authority and purpose exist.

Security posture

Security claims on this site are intentionally conservative. HTTPS/TLS, hosting, DNS, CDN, firewall, monitoring or other controls are described as active only when they can be verified. Demonstration SOC telemetry is labeled as simulated and is not production network data.

Security principles

  • Least privilege and minimal data collection
  • Modern HTTPS and secure transport
  • Dependency and supply-chain discipline
  • Secure headers and browser isolation where practical
  • Accessible, resilient and progressively enhanced interfaces
  • Human accountability for consequential AI actions

Security concerns: responsible disclosure by email. Do not include sensitive exploit details in the initial message. This transparency statement is not legal advice; formal legal notices should be reviewed by qualified counsel when required.
