Disclosure statement
Generative AI tools may assist with research organization, comparative analysis, drafting, editing, software development, data structuring and visualization. Gavin Lujan independently reviews the underlying sources, validates material citations and factual claims, determines the methodology and conclusions, and accepts responsibility for the final published work. No generative AI system is represented as an author.
Research and intelligence controls
- Primary and authoritative sources are preferred and source provenance is preserved.
- Confirmed facts, third-party reporting, analytical assessment and speculation are labeled separately.
- Material claims, quotations, dates, vulnerabilities and attribution are subject to human verification.
- AI output is not treated as evidence or an original intelligence source.
- Confidential, privileged, personal, procurement-sensitive and security-sensitive information is excluded from public AI workflows and publications.
- Corrections are made transparently when stronger evidence becomes available.
Human authority
AI supports synthesis and execution; humans retain mission authority, ethical responsibility, risk acceptance and consequential decision-making. Published defensive guidance requires validation against the reader’s environment, threat model and legal obligations.
